Is it necessary to have prior mountain biking experience?
No. However, it is necessary to be a proficient cyclist and be comfortable on a bike.
How long will the experience be from start to finish?
The experience can last anywhere from 3-4 hours, although it could be a little longer in total depending on traffic or incidents that may occur on route such as flat tyres or unplanned stops.
What should I wear for the experience?
We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable athletic clothing and sturdy sports shoes. Weather-appropriate layers are also advised in winter (December – February). Gloves, knee pads & helmets will be provided.
Is there an age or weight limit?
Participants should be at least 16 years old and weigh no more than 120 kg (265 lbs) to ensure the safety and proper functioning of the e-mountain bikes.
What happens if the weather is bad?
In the event of poor weather conditions, we will notify you in advance. We may reschedule or offer a full refund if the experience cannot proceed safely.
Are there any health restrictions?
Participants should be in good physical health and free of conditions that could be aggravated by physical activity. If you’re unsure, please consult your doctor before booking.
What is included in the price?
The price includes the use of an e-mountain bike, pickup and drop-off from Valencia, protective equipment, water bottle, a guided tour with a professional guide, and a small snack during the ride.
Can I bring my child or pet along?
For safety reasons, the experience is only suitable for participants who meet the minimum age and fitness requirements. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Will there be breaks during the ride?
Yes, we schedule breaks to rest, hydrate, and enjoy scenic viewpoints along the route.
What if I’m not confident with steep trails?
Our guides tailor the routes to the group’s skill level. If you’re not comfortable with certain sections, alternative paths may be available.
How do I book the experience?
You can book directly through our website, via email, or by contacting us through our social media channels. Advanced booking is recommended as spaces are limited.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, we have a flexible cancellation policy. If you do need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours before the experience for a full refund.
Can I bring a camera or phone?
Absolutely ! We encourage you to capture the stunning scenery. However, please ensure your devices are secure while riding.
